The Avalon Floor Bed, also known as the Avalon Floor Lo-Lo bed or Avalon Floorline Bed, is designed to reduce the risk of injury from falls and minimize the need for restraints. This fully-featured, columnless electric bed can be lowered to an ultra-low height of 160 mm from the floor.  Available with Beech Head and Footboards.  Our standard community bed lowers to 330 mm.

Maximum Versatility

Operates as a low-low, profiling bed with electric high-low height adjustment, backrest, knee break and Trendelenburg tilt. Removable bed ends and a range of optional accessories.

Column-less Design

Free from bulky end columns that impede patient and nursing visibility or
access. Slimline, removable bed ends to accommodate a control unit or other hanging device with ease.

Quality Construction

Powder-coated steel mainframe for maximum strength. Includes soft, contoured mattress retainer handles for inbuilt safety.
Fitted with high-quality Tente twin kick-stop braking castors for easy manoeuvrability. Powered by a high quality reliable Linak electric drive system with an inbuilt Backup Battery available as an optional accessory.

Base Extension

The built-in base extension increases the length of the bed platform by a maximum of 195 mm.

Hand Controller

Easy to use, water-resistant electronic hand controller with clearly labelled, soft press buttons.
